In our endeavours to become a more sustainable and responsible company, in 2022 we became members of PRIME; an initiative which supports SMEs in our industry with their environmental, social and governance goals.

The PRIME Principles have given us a great framework to better understand and initiate what we can do differently in our operations and in how we do business. As an established British manufacturer, we’d like to lead by example and encourage positive change for others to benefit from.

PRIME uses a simple scoring system to establish a starting point and helps businesses to understand what they could be doing differently for the benefit of the environment and the community. Our starting score in 2022 was 13, which we've increased to 18 over recent years by making small steps of positive change. We are committed to continuous improvement using PRIME as the backbone for realising our environmental and social responsibility goals going forward.
