1 Project management
Dedicated, time-served Project Managers work alongside the design and build team from the outset of a project to final snagging & beyond.

2 Design realisation
Our design team combine a wealth of experience from diverse backgrounds including off the bench, product design, construction, yacht design and interior architecture. This ensures we remain both highly specialised in our field but also open to what is possible in other mediums, materials and industries. Having invested in 3D Solidworks a decade ago as our software of choice, we continue to train and embrace technology in our business. We work alongside some of the foremost designers, architects and client teams to develop solutions which are elegant, fit for purpose, efficient for manufacture and leave the design intent uncompromised.

3 Production planning
Effective Production planning is at the heart of the business and allows us to remain nimble and adaptable for peaks and troughs inevitable in manufacturing at this level of detail.

4 Classic craftsmanship
Our in-house Apprenticeship Program runs in conjunction with Rycotewood ensures that we continue to teach crucial hand skills and traditional techniques and ensures the art & understanding of working with timber is preserved.

5 Expert manufacture
Our manufacturing process starts with design for manufacture; our drawing office and workshop teams work closely together from the design stage. Whilst committed to maintaining traditional furniture making techniques, we invest heavily in the latest manufacturing technologies.

6 Specialist suppliers
Whilst we pride ourselves on our in-house control of all major aspects of design, manufacture, finishing & installation, there are times we seek specialist skills from others; metal fabrication and electroplating, stitched & carved leather work, fine upholstery, decorative glass and marble supply. We have the pleasure of working with some of the UK’s most formidable artisans, craftsmen and manufacturers.

7 Installation
All joinery installation is undertaken by the Joinery Fitting Company – owned by Bill Cleyndert & Tom Johnston – a former Apprentice & Cabinet Maker with Bill Cleyndert & Company. This ensures a high level of control over planning, management and quality. The team are highly trained with all fitters holding CSCS cards as an absolute minimum. Qualifications held by the team include SSSTS, SEATS, SMSTS, PASMA First aid, Fire Marshall & Banksman.

8 Aftercare
We pride ourselves in looking after our clients and ensuring prompt and effective aftercare, whether it be a small adjustment to a hinge or more significant modifications required later down the line.

9 Environment
As a manufacturer we are committed to using sustainable materials where possible and minimising our waste. Our biomass boiler fuelled by waste wood generates hot water for our factory, powers our spray booths, and provides heating in our workshop and offices. We re-use plastic packaging and protection where possible and recycle waste paper and cardboard.
