Apprenticeships

We are committed to supporting the British furniture industry and investing in the next generation of skilled Craftsmen.

We are committed to supporting the British furniture industry and investing in the next generation of skilled Craftsmen.

Our in-house Apprenticeship program was developed in partnership with renowned Rycotewood Furniture College. Over four years, our apprentices work alongside our talented team and attend regular block release training at college. With our dedicated and highly skilled Apprentice Mentors, our Apprentices actively work on live projects against a tailored development plan, setting them up for the future with a fantastic support network in place.

Our team are proud to have won the’ 2015 Apprentice of the Year Award’, the ‘2016 Apprentice of the Year Award’ and the ‘2018 Young People and Skills award for North Norfolk’.

We’d like to thank the team at Benchmark – a company with a rich history of investing in young people - for sharing their knowledge and learnings with us and others when we joined forces to look at how we could support young people who were passionate about making furniture and protect against future skills shortages.
