Our apprenticeship programme sits at the heart of our commitment to preserving and advancing craftsmanship.
Developed in partnership with Rycotewood Furniture Centre, our four year programme combines hands on experience with structured training. Apprentices work alongside our skilled teams on live projects, supported by dedicated mentors and a tailored development pathway that builds both confidence and capability.
Our team share a genuine passion for supporting the next generation of makers, passing on skills, knowledge and experience that have been built over decades. In turn, our clients become patrons of the craft, supporting our mission to keep exceptional craftsmanship alive in Norfolk.
